By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Every User is obliged to comply with these Terms from the moment they start using the Website.

Forms – interactive forms available on the Website, allowing Users to submit quotation requests, contact inquiries, newsletter subscriptions or use design calculators.
Pallet Builder – an interactive configurator module available on the Website, designed for setting specifications, calculating technical parameters and generating estimates for custom wooden pallets and packaging.
Quotation – a preliminary commercial calculation, estimate or price offer generated based on User inputs or transmitted by the Service Provider in response to an inquiry.
Use of the Website and Form Submissions:
Access to and use of the Website and Forms is voluntary and free of charge.
Submitting any Form across the Website requires correct completion of all mandatory fields and the provision of truthful and up-to-date contact details.
The User agrees not to provide unlawful content, infringe third-party personal rights or attempt to compromise the technical operation and security of the Website.
Submitting an inquiry via any Form or the Pallet Builder does not constitute a binding sales agreement or a binding offer under civil law, but serves as an invitation to treat and initiate commercial discussions.

The Pallet Builder, along with its underlying algorithms, mathematical formulas and structural calculation tools, represents proprietary technology developed by the Service Provider.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing data, calculation outputs, structural diagrams or cost estimates obtained from the Pallet Builder for any purpose other than submitting a direct quotation request to the Service Provider.
In particular, automated data extraction (web scraping), reverse engineering, aggregation of pricing/structural data or disclosing output metrics to market competitors of the Service Provider is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality of Quotations and Commercial Material:
All Quotations, custom calculations, cost estimates and technical specifications provided by the Service Provider constitute strictly confidential business information (Trade Secrets).
The User undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Quotations and pricing structures received.
Quotations, commercial proposals and technical calculations sent to the User must not be disclosed, transferred or made available to any third parties (specifically including competing manufacturers or suppliers of wooden packaging) without the express, prior written consent of the Service Provider.
Limitation of Liability:
While the Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of Website content and Pallet Builder calculations, it accepts no liability for discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or incorrect input data provided by the User.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions in Website availability caused by maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events.
Final Provisions:
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for legitimate legal, technical or operational reasons. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Website.
Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered seat.
